I ordered 32 pieces presser foot in plastic case 10 boxes, but the supplier sent the one in paper carton, that was not even well packed and it was low quality. The order was shipped by Sea so it got to me after 3 months. I wanted to request for a refund but I could not because I did not receive on time. Alibaba please ensure there is a way those shipping by Sea can claim refund if wrong items were sent.
